Panasonic AK-UC4000 4K-Studio-Kamerazug

The Panasonic AK-UC4000 4K-Studio-Kamerazug is another Panasonic innovation in video broadcast technology. Users can use the camera in both 4K and HD modes. In HD mode, the AK-UC4000 delivers high-sensitivity, low-noise HD images. Thanks to high-speed scans from the MOS sensor, the functionalities could be extended. Thus, in addition to DRS and CineGamma from, AK-UC4000 offers other functions such as Focus Assist, Flash Band Compensation and Skew Reduction. To enhance the shooting experience, it also comes with several other features, including advanced Shockless Gain (-6 dB to 36 dB), custom gamma settings, Black Gamma Correction according to setting, multi-level digital noise reduction and easy matrix adjustment. Panasonic's AK-UC4000 camera also includes the latest video features such as HDR (HLG), BT.2020 and high-speed recording. HDR support enables rich gradations for reproducing dynamic contrasts, colors, and shadows in dark areas of the image that previously could not be displayed due to blind spots, so the image range and quality of videos are now much more realistic. Variable HDR is supported by adjusting the high dynamic range. The AK-UC4000's technology offers outstanding image quality and operability.

Coupled with the AK-UCU600 camera controller, the AK-UC4000 can create 4K images and transmit them uncompressed over long distances. The AK-HRP1000 and HRP1005 remote control panels feature a dynamic color LCD to provide seamless control by displaying the screen. The HDR camera and camera controller can be linked together and transmit video signals over a distance of up to 2,000 meters when powered from the camera controller. The AK-UC4000 can be connected to the remote control panel via a special cable.

The AK-HVF100 230mm color LCD viewfinder is equipped with a large display as well as numerous functions. Focus Assist functions include Focus Bar (display of focus plane), Focus-in-Red (color display of focus areas), Expand (magnification of central position), and Square (focus status of entire image area).
